The hotel is a bit far from the city center with so-so public transport connection, but the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the dining options could be improved, and the location is convenient for getting a taxi in Tilburg.
The hotel offers peaceful rooms that are nicely furnished with all the necessary amenities, including an extra bed which was perfect for our family. The staff is warm and friendly, always at your service. The location is very good for traveling, close to the main carriageway. The dining experience was good with typical European options available. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor inconveniences.
Upon arriving at the hotel at 14:45, we found the rooms clean and comfy, however, one of our party was undercharged. The service was very open and accommodating throughout our stay, from helping plan travel to Rotterdam to providing dry cleaning services. The location is a bit far from downtown Tilburg but convenient for accessing the city center. The dining options could be more diverse, despite the friendly staff. The hotel provides good value for money but is slightly isolated with limited bus connections.
